It's been around since at least 2005 (probably longer) but it's hilarious. It's a weekly parody of Bush's radio address. It's one of the funniest podcasts I've ever heard. OK, so they're not all winners, but most of them are. For your listening pleasure, I have embeded one of them right into this page, so you're probaly already listening to it.
